Jennifer, Thanks for your quick reply, but everything is already set in Word as you suggested. The problem is when I want to type an address for printing on an en envelope. Any help would be appreciated. In the Envelope and Labels window, I am unable to type in with single line spacing as the computer seems to be stuck in double line spaciing, thus not allowing the complete address to be printed on the envelope. Also, even though I try to set the default font and size for both the address and return address, the computer automatically reverts back to +Heading.
